Re-sharpening knives will be an interesting DIY process, it will give you a sense of accomplishment when you regain sharp blade. Sandpaper sharpen are more controllable than use wetstone and it doesn't take a long time.
1.Make sure the edge of the blade touches sandpaper and spend equal time on each side of the knife.(Using a marker to paint the edges can help you figure out where the grind is)
2.The curved blade can be divided into several parts to be sharpen separately.
